Shipping & Returns

For shipments: If you have an account you want us to use for the order please include the Courier and account number in the Notes section during checkout:

Example: Send on TNT Road Express: 123456

Otherwise we will provide our best available option(s) and send through with confirmation a note to please confirm if we are okay to proceed with the order. We will need an email back saying something along the lines to proceed before goods can be released.

On returns for a change of mind: There will be a 15% restocking fee charge and the customer will need to organise freight back to our warehouse.
